Childhood Immunizations
Ages 2 - 18 years old
All childhood vaccinations are available through our Vaccine for Children Program.
We offer three clinics per month:
Third Monday of each month
4:00 - 6:30 p.m.
VNA Conference Room

Third Saturday of each month
10:00 a.m. - noon
Mountain Community Resources

Last Saturday of each month
10:00 a.m. - noon
Santa Cruz Medical Foundation

1:00 - 3:00 p.m.
Watsonville Family YMCA
27 Sudden, Watsonville
You must bring the child's immunization record.
Children can catch up on vaccinations at a FREE Clinic offered by VNA.
Children must meet one of the criteria listed below to be eligible for the Vaccine for Children Program:
♥ Child is in CHDP Program
♥ Medi-Cal eligible
♥ Does not have private health insurance
♥ American Indian
♥ Alaskan Native
♥ Has health insurance that does NOT pay for vaccines
