Domestic Violence Awareness

If you are a victim of domestic violence, call the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-800-799-SAFE

Sutter Health hospitals, doctors and nurses across Northern California have partnered with the Family Violence Prevention Fund (FVPF) to bring more attention to the serious problem of domestic violence.

We're also providing our patients with education and resources in their local communities, and encouraging women who may need help to talk to their health care providers.

All of our Urgent Care Facilities and the Sutter Maternity & Surgery Center are distributing safety cards that offer helpful information and phone numbers for local and national organizations that provide assistance to victims of domestic violence. The cards are available in several languages.
